Amber graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in business administration and went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Kansas. She practiced law for just less than 10 years as the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney and then went on to a career in commercial real estate in 2006. She is an active philanthropic community leader and has been involved with the following non-profit organizations since 2009; Just Like you Films, FIRE Foundation, Victory Project/Sporting KC, IRB for Archdiocese of KC/St. Joseph, HALO. She joined RareKC in 2018 and currently functions as the co-chair of the fundraising and development committee.
